Ways to Give

Cancer Services is entirely supported by generous people just like you.

Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Cancer can be isolating, and we want no one to feel alone. You can provide practical, emotional, and financial help to thousands of families across Northeast Indiana.

All services are made possible by donors and their generosity, as Cancer Services does not bill insurance or receive government funding.

You have many options to make a meaningful financial gift that will help families facing cancer.

Your one-time donation of any amount will immediately help local people with cancer.

Your monthly gift not only helps families touched by cancer today; your generosity ensures that these families and more will continue to receive help into the future.

If your annual gift(s) total $1,000 or more, you will join the Champions of Hope. Members of this generous group receive unique opportunities for involvement and are the first to hear about exciting updates and new programs. Learn more about Champions of Hope.

Donor-Advised Funds, or DAFs, are a tax-smart way to help us meet the real needs of local people with cancer. Learn more about DAFs and how to give to Cancer Services through an existing DAF below.

Estate Gifts: Donors who thoughtfully include a gift to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana in their will and estate plans are very special people. They look to the future and take action so that Cancer Services will continue to be here to help. Individuals who name Cancer Services in their will or estate plans become members of the Circle of Hope.

IRA – Qualified Charitable Distributions

If you or your spouse are over age 70 ½, you can give any amount (up to $100,000) per year from your IRA directly to Cancer Services without having to pay income taxes on the money. If you’d like to learn more, contact Director of Donor Impact Loren Hayes at 260-484-9560 or LHayes@cancer-services.org. We also always recommend consulting with a financial professional.

Giving Options for Groups & Businesses

You can combine your giving power with those of your family, friends, coworkers, congregation, and many others by organizing a Side-by-Side Fundraiser, where members of the community lead a fundraising effort to support Cancer Services. Have fun and support a local cause you care about!

Local businesses who want to show their commitment to their community can support Cancer Services through sponsorships. Cancer Services hosts two major events every year, Ribbon Walk in May and Tribute Dinner in September. Both events boast hundreds of attendees and offer a variety of opportunities for sponsor visibility. Contact Stacey Stumpf at 260-484-9560 or sstumpf@cancer-services.org to learn more.
