Spiritual Forest Therapy Walk

July 22 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Free

Are you experiencing high levels of stress, fatigue, depression, or anxiety? Multiple studies show that forest therapy effectively decreases pulse rates, blood pressure, and cortisol while also reducing negative emotions. The Korea Forest Service (KFS) defines forest therapy as “immune-strengthening of the human body and health-promoting activities by utilizing various elements of nature”.

Join us to benefit from the peace of wild places as Christy Knecht, GFTG and the Director of Wild Communion, guides our time together. These walks are low impact, short distance, slow paced, and meditative.

Register online below or contact Lauren Richwine at (260) 484-9560 or LRichwine@cancer-services.org.
