Sound bathing is a practice that surrounds you with healing sound waves. These waves can help you feel less pain, sleep better, and relieve stress.
Cancer Services is now offering no-cost seasonal sound bath sessions. We’re excited to begin offering this wonderful, relaxing class to our community.
