Compass: Empowered Travelers (Tall Rabbit Cafe)

December 21 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Facilitated by Kaitlyn Pozorski, MSW, LCSW

Before you attend for the first time, please register with Lauren Richwine at (260) 484-9560 or LRichwine@cancer-services.org

Compass: Empowered Travelers is a safe space that provides comfort and belonging for young adults (ages 18-39) who have been diagnosed with any form of cancer.

On the first Wednesday of the month we meet at Cancer Services (6316 Mutual Dr., Fort Wayne) for discussion, emotional support, and processing related to the impact this has had on your life. Virtual attendance is available for this session.

A separate gathering on the third Saturday of each month at Tall Rabbit Cafe (2001 Calhoun St., Fort Wayne) creates more opportunities for social connection among peers who “get it” without needing to focus specifically on cancer or a diagnosis. This session is in-person ONLY.

Together we believe each person can find their footing once again and chart their own brave course.
