15th Annual Tribute Dinner

Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana’s Tribute Dinner is a time to honor people touched by cancer and the caregivers and medical professionals in our community.

This fundraising event is an elegant and inspiring evening that will help provide support to local people with cancer in 11 Northeast Indiana counties.

Admission

• Individual tickets are $100 each, which includes 1 Tribute submission to be displayed in the program and onscreen during the event.
• A reserved table of eight is $800 and it includes up to 8 Tributes.
•  Tribute messages are $25 each.
• Attire: Business to Business Casual

As a two-time breast cancer survivor,  Paqui has set her sights on helping others in need and spreading awareness on the importance of health.
