We are honored to welcome CBS’ “Survivor” Alum Chad Crittenden as our Tribute Dinner speaker. Chad underwent a leg amputation after a cancerous tumor was discovered on the bottom of his foot in 2002. After a year of training with a prosthesis, Chad auditioned for the 9th season of “Survivor: Vanuatu,” becoming the first amputee to compete on the show.
Chad, now a husband and father of two, is a survivor of more than 10 years. He loves the adventure of triathlons, marathons, snowboarding and mountain climbing. He will share how he discovered his will to survive and how to overcome obstacles.
