Are you experiencing high levels of stress, fatigue, depression, or anxiety? The Korea Forest Service (KFS) defines forest therapy as “immune-strengthening of the human body and health-promoting activities by utilizing various elements of nature”.
Join us to benefit from the peace of wild places as Christy Knecht, GFTG and the Director of Wild Communion, guides our time together. These walks are low impact, short distance, slow paced, and meditative. An indoor facility is available for inclement weather.
