Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana’s Tribute Dinner is a time to honor people touched by cancer and share gratitude with the caregivers and medical professionals in our community.

This fundraising event is an elegant and inspiring evening that raises money to provide help and hope to local people with cancer.

Admission

  • Individual tickets are $125 each, which includes 1 Tribute submission to be displayed in the program and onscreen during the event.
  • A reserved table of eight is $900 and it includes up to 8 Tributes.
  • Additional Tribute messages are $25 each.
  • Attire: Business to Business Casual

2022 Tribute Dinner Featuring Lacey Adams

We are honored to welcome Lacey Adams. She is an energetic and outspoken advocate who is using her personal cancer experience to build awareness about skin cancer prevention.

Lacey is also the spouse of Jerome Adams, who was the 20th Surgeon General of the United States.
