Bust a Move celebrates the lives of breast cancer survivors in our community. It’s more than just an event, it is a yearlong project that begins with the casting process in the spring. In the latest video in our series on our YouTube channel, Ann Johnson talks about the casting process.

Weight Lifting May Help Breast Cancer Survivors

A recent study published in The Journal of the American Medical Association contends that weightlifting may be beneficial for breast cancer survivors. The study also sheds light on the cancer preventative benefits of weight lifting. Want to know more? Read the full study here.
